What you'll do
* *Title support & underwriting liaison*

* Serve as a liaison with underwriting counsel; assist/advise offices on compliance, claims, and claims prevention.
* Respond to objection letters; draft curative and other legal documents; handle customer/realtor/attorney questions.
* *Operational support*
* Assist with occasional closings and signings as needed.
* Support escrow officers with questions on escrow, underwriting, and emerging issues.
* Examine title when time permits; lead the majority of title curative work (documents and legwork).
Qualifications
* *Required*
* J.D. from an accredited law school and active *Texas Bar* license in good standing.
* 3+ years' experience in *Texas real estate, title insurance, or underwriting*.
* Demonstrated proficiency drafting Texas real estate instruments (deeds, ROFRs, liens, seller-finance packages).
* Working knowledge of *Texas title standards, TDI rules*, and common underwriting practices.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with underwriters, escrow officers, realtors, lenders, and outside counsel.
* *Preferred*
* Prior experience as title counsel, claims counsel, or senior examiner.
* Familiarity with *TLTA* guidelines and local county practices in West Texas.
* Experience responding to objection letters and managing title curative from end to end.
* Closing/signing support experience.

Summary

The Position

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Pharmacy Technician license preferred
3+ years working directly with complex clients
3+ years at a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan
2+ years working in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations
1+ years in a customer success/business analyst/product manager role
Discount Card claim processing experience preferred
Experience reviewing pharmacy claims preferred
Skilled in project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to shift between competing priorities and meet organizational goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to software such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, Github, and AWS Redshift

Position Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent.

Experience presenting in front of clients.
Firm working knowledge of group benefits in multiple product lines and a basic understanding of risk management.
Working knowledge of different financial arrangements and products available to clients.
Strong knowledge of underwriting, financing, and funding approaches.
Ability to prepare and present client presentations with clarity and understanding.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
Understands industry trends and governmental regulations.
Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
