Concessions Associate, Edible Brands Schedule: Days, nights & weekend flexibility needed for Stadium Events As a Concessions Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a great guest experience at our brand-new Edible Arrangements and Roti Modern Mediterranean stands inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting both cold and hot food concepts-helping prep, sell, and serve delicious, high-quality products to fans.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with a team, and thrives in high-energy game day settings.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assemble food and beverage items for both Edible (cold) and Roti (hot) offerings.
* Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service.
* Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with opening, stocking, and setup before events.
* Assist with receiving and stocking food deliveries, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
* Label, date, and rotate inventory using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method to ensure freshness.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, carts, and equipment.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies and procedures.
* Support smooth closing operations, including breakdowns, cleaning, and inventory counts.
* Flex between Edible and Roti stands as needed, based on event flow.
Parking: Please note that parking is not provided for this position at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We recommend using MARTA, ride-share, or other personal transportation options to get to and from your shift.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in high volume food service, customer service, or as a cashier is preferred.
* Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Availability required for nights, weekends, and stadium event shifts.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, including concession or stadium settings.

Leads desk audits of change orders (change directives, Engineering change notices, field change requests) to assess accuracy and reasonableness. Additionally, review non-competitive bids to ensure that costs are also reasonable.
Verifies that the work in a change order is not already within the scope of the original contract and verifies that the work was necessary and conforms to the drawing, design, and unit costs in case of unit price contract.
Reviews change orders for accuracy of contractors' prices, labor rates, construction quantities, and calculations.
Coordinate with the legal department to clear any project liens.
Work directly with general contractors to ensure all contractor and subcontractor waivers are correct before processing payment applications.
Leads construction cost testing including reconciliation of payment applications, invoices, purchase orders, and construction control documents.
Provide coding for invoices received outside of construction PMIS.
Analyzes review of contractor labor billing rates, equipment billing rates and billing methods.
Identifies cost savings, operational, and business process improvements.
Provides feedback to internal and external auditors on audit performance as necessary
Monitor and forecast cash flow projections for projects under construction
Follow procedure established by the organization to evaluate project results regarding schedule and costs and other project related metrics.

Overview of the Design Studio Specialist role
You will inspire customers to express themselves in their home. You will bring the shopping experience to a seamless close as you assist customers and complete sales at the cash wrap. You will promote continued customer engagement and give customers a reason to stay connected with our Brand.
Responsibilities
· Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one on one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive store sales
· Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space
· Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
· Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
· Utilizing exemplary World class service standards assist customers with special services including: gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders
· Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment
Criteria
· Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
· Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
· Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
· Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
· Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
· Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
· Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Friday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December). Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Saturday and Sunday).

The Merchandise Processor works closely with Hub Operations leadership and team members to ensure Williams-Sonoma, Inc. products are accurately staged, processed, inspected, and prepared for delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety in daily warehouse operations.

Correctly stage customer orders in assigned loadout lanes.
Communicate with leads to prioritize urgent (“hot”) orders and assigned tasks.
Confirm products are placed in the correct lanes and verify counts.
