Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts About the Role We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality respiratory care across a variety of patient settings. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve respiratory health outcomes through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed Conduct diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas analysis Manage ventilator support and oxygen therapy systems Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment usage Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education Minimum Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with 3% employer match Generous paid time off and holidays Support for continuing education and professional development Employee wellness programs Inclusive, team-oriented work environment
