HVAC Maintenance Apprentice
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing 3.9

This class is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.
* Next class starts January 15, 2026.

Why This Program is Different
Forget school debt and "unpaid training." With Goettl, you're a paid employee from day one.

* Your effort drives your success - the more you give, the more you achieve
* Full benefits- health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match

What's the Catch?
None. Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training. We invest in you, so we expect you to put in the work.
What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)
This program isn't for those who take shortcuts. It's for people ready to hustle.
If you:
* Show up on time and ready to grind
* Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
* Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility
* Or already know a little and want to go pro
* Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST

* Learn real skills: service, repair, installation
* Hit milestones and watch your pay go up
* Put in 40-60 hours a week (earn while you learn)

* Start building a career that pays and grow with you.
Pay transparency:
After training, our maintenance technicians earn money in several different ways (including flat rate pay and commission). Because the types of repairs and sales can change from day to day, the amount a technician earns can vary. This combination of flat-rate pay, commissions, and hourly time creates a pay structure where technicians have opportunities to increase their earnings based on the work they complete and the services they provide. Typically, our technicians make strong six figure pay annually.
This training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
