• Correctly complete all patient records and documentation according to Department policy including patient assessment, plan of care, E-MAR, patient education and performance improvement fields. Rarely leaves Overdue Tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the use of Oxygen Therapy, BiPAP, CPAP and High Flow Nasal Cannulas (HFNC) for use in primary assignment area (i.e. neonate, infant, pediatric and adult) patient populations. Knowledge and skill includes device and interface selection, application, operational verification and modes of therapy. Assess effectiveness of therapy. Report any adverse reaction or side effects such as skin irritation.
• Demonstrate Knowledge and skill in the use of invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation in primary assignment area (i.e. neonate, infant, pediatric and adult) patient populations. Knowledge and skill includes device and interface selection, application, operational verification, troubleshooting, and modes of therapy. Assess effectiveness of therapy three times per shift. Report any adverse reactions or side effects such as skin irritation.
• Comply with all Department, Infection Prevention, and Safety policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals and relevant Standards from Joint Commission, Department of Health, CMS and other regulatory bodies.
• Determine priorities and organizes work and time to meet them. Demonstrate the ability to function in a diverse workforce. Interact tactfully, constructively and diplomatically with others.
• Perform emergency airway care procedures and maintain patient ventilation during emergent situations. As ordered and if certified, establish, maintain and obtain samples from arterial lines. Perform arterial punctures to obtain arterial samples. Analyze arterial, capillary, and venous blood samples.
• Complete all mandatory Competencies within specified timeframe. Complete all Healthstream online training within specified timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure paid, organic, and automation efforts align to drive quality leads and predictable growth.

Forecast and report on funnel performance, revenue impact, and ROI by channel, campaign, and brand.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing - mission driven team.
Set clear KPIs, hold team members accountable to results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive strong unit level outcomes.
Create collaboration rhythms between marketing, creative, and operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Oversee cross-channel marketing strategy across paid, organic, and automation touchpoints.
Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness and proper budget utilization.
Ensure campaign calendars, promotions, and seasonal efforts align with brand and business objectives.
Evaluate new opportunities and channels for customer acquisition and retention.
Data, Reporting & Insights
Establish and maintain reporting dashboards that track performance across brands, channels, and funnel stages.
Analyze trends in lead volume, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and campaign ROI to drive actionable insights.
Communicate marketing performance clearly and consistently to leadership, brand teams, and cross-functional partners.
Partner with the Marketing Technology & Digital Optimization Team to ensure proper data capture, attribution, and automation workflows.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between lead generation, follow-up, and conversion efforts.
Partner with Brand Leadership to translate performance data into local marketing strategies that drive franchise success.
Provide input into business forecasting and budgeting based on marketing performance trends.
Ensure marketing strategy is tightly aligned to business objectives and adaptable to brand needs.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations (multi-brand or franchise experience preferred).
Proven success managing cross-functional marketing teams and agency partners.
Deep understanding of marketing tactics & channels, funnel metrics, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business strategy.
Collaborative leader skilled in building alignment across departments and stakeholder levels.
Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to troubleshoot execution.

What You'll Work On
Contract & Compliance Coordination
Own the accuracy and organization of the vendor contract database
Monitor renewal dates and ensure action items stay on track
Support the preparation of finalized and approved contracts
Lead COI compliance efforts and partner with Accounts Payable to keep all systems current
Operational Support Across the Portfolio
Investigate tenant insurance cancellations or non-payment notices
Help build a more efficient process for tracking renter's insurance
Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payments
Assist in addressing utility shut-off notices or billing concerns
Administrative Excellence
Manage incoming mail and route time-sensitive documents for the portfolio
Initiate RFPs and perform quality checks on proposals before review
Maintain organized and accessible records of reports, municipal notices, and vendor documentation
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Bring 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or AP/AR, and take pride in getting things done right the first time
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and enjoy creating systems, trackers, and processes that keep teams running smoothly
Have experience with Yardi or other property management software (or a willingness to learn quickly)
