Main Responsibilities Proposal Development: Lead the creation, writing, and editing of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and capability documents for the IPS sales team. Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to gather information, tailor responses, and ensure proposals accurately reflect client needs and Impellam's capabilities. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to synthesize technical or operational content into clear, client-focused language. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint or Teams.
