SUMMARY
Production Technician - Stamping Press Operator- Sets up and operates power press to produce metal products by blanking, forming, piercing and cutting off parts by installing various dies and fixtures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stamping Press Operator (learn full operation, setup, maintenance, tool & die, etc.)
With guidance or assistance change tools, fixtures and die's on stamping presses.
Operates and conducts basic maintenance on equipment and die's.
Trouble shoots problems by using problem solving techniques.
Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.
Reads blueprint, work instruction or job order to determine measurements, dimensions and specifications.
Utilize correct fixtures in conjunction with machine settings and materials.
Verifies conformance to specifications.
Responsible for quality including first piece and in-process inspections.
Identify and understand tooling, fixtures, and fixture components.
Operate basic manual and air tools (drills, hammers, wire cutters, soldering)
Produces highest quality products by following written and oral instructions.
Uses and understands functional gages to ensure quality products.

● Responsible for ensuring a strong internal audit program but also proactively seeks to
identify and close gaps in compliance with company policies, GFSI, and regulatory
requirements. Take all the actions necessary in order to meet the established and mandatory
quality/food safety standard requirements (cGMPs, sanitation, HACCP, allergen management,
changeover/flush, hold/release, traceability, EMP, external warehouse requirements, etc).
● Prepares and leads the plant for all visits from external regulatory agencies, GFSI and key
customers. Guides the plant through external audits to meet expectations of customers,
certification bodies (Kosher, Halal, organic, etc) and independent auditors.
● Ensures corrective actions associated with all gaps identified in the internal and external
audits are verified to be effective.
● Manages the sensory evaluation system (training and application)
● Responsible for managing Quality Systems of St. Albans manufacturing facility
● Responsible for working with Production, Upstream and Downstream teams to investigate
non-conforming products and supporting production to ensure that those performing testing are

● Works with R&D, production and sales team to identify quality/food safety requirements

● Monitors, review, report on all the necessary data to present the performance indicators
(KPIs) to all interested parties.
About you:
The Sr. Quality Assurance Manager will have a solid knowledge of food safety systems to include HACCP,
QMS/ GFSI requirements, a technical knowledge of food safety regulatory requirements, laboratory testing and product release. The Sr. QA Manager must be able to work independently, work well under pressure, be
proactive, and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science or equivalent (or engineering
degree with 7 plus years in food quality assurance.
A minimum of 7 years' experience in food safety to include formal training in HACCP.
Formal training in Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) food safety standards - : British Retail Consortium (BRC).

The Inventory Control Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, managing work orders, and supporting production flow. This position ensures materials are tracked, recorded, and available when needed, while working closely with production and logistics teams to keep operations running efficiently.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $100,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
