poor salary opportunities for teachers
good flexibility - remote work and generous time off
All teachers with fewer than 150 students were laid off with zero notice during a zoom meeting in October effective immediately. Not after school year nor prior to start of year making it difficult to find another teaching position. So much for their slogan “educators first”. To save money they added students to their ‘full time’ teachers to overload them with 350 students each. Poor educational ethics. Very disappointing.
Flexible schedule
They bought the education company I worked at for over 12 years and laid off over 30 teachers mid semester leaving students to continue w new teacher with zero notice. Unprofessional.
