This involves ensuring the students are learning and the teachers are growing in their practice; ensuring the safety and security of all students, teachers, and staff every day; resolving issues that arise during the day-to-day functions of an elementary school; and telling the school's and the district's story to parents and the community through newsletters and social media platforms.
