Pros of working at EdOps

Clients are really great. You feel like you are helping. Rewarding

Cons of working at EdOps

Very poor training for new hires; ridiculously heavy workload; extremely tool and tracking oriented but not all tools work. Discrepancies in client load between employees is large and leads to lack of parity in reviews (of which there are around 8 a year). Focus on working harder, no team atmosphere and no personal value to the company.

EdOps benefits

Remote work. Unlimited vacation is laughable as you can’t take it due to workload.

What do you like best about EdOps's CEO and the leadership team?

Leadership team varied. CEO is a really great person; the implementation and efficiency is so tool focused it removes value. Have plenty of early career leadership with little to no employee management experience

How would you improve EdOps's culture?

Be sure leadership team is qualified to train and lead. Remove the high level of middle management. Use the intelligent employees they have to provide personalized service to clients.

How did you prepare for the EdOps interview?

Researched their client schools and talked to current employees

What's the diversity at EdOps like?

Very diverse. Many employees on a HB visa. If anything experienced late career employees with strong skill sets are in the minority.

What brings you the most joy at EdOps?

Working with the clients
