Lead Coaches earn $20 per 30-40min session (~$40/hr).
Head Coaches earn $21+ per 30-40min session (~$42+/hr).
Program Leads earn $22+ per 30min session (~$44+/hr).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership/Management
- Execute the overall scheduled Soccer Shots season.
- Communicate effectively with the Leadership Team (LT), Business Partners, and Clients.
- Coordinate the distribution of seasonal products and materials.
Coaching
- Attend 100% of assigned coaching sessions for an entire season. Typically 6-10 weeks.
- Have a passion for positively impacting children’s lives (no soccer experience is required!).
- Complete all three clearances required to coach, including, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check, and FBI Clearance.

Follow an expert-approved curriculum weekly, update attendance online, and provide an overall positive experience to participating children and their families.

Experience
1 year related teaching experience in Childbirth Education and/or Birth or Postpartum Doula Certification with a strong history of presentation in education or active nursing student enrolled in an ongoing education program that includes education and presentation experience
Skills
+ Knowledge of maternity principles and care
+ Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment

+ On occasion, set up and break down rooms for classes including moving tables and chairs
+ Ability to set up and professionals present a light continental breakfast for the GBMC Weekender and Born Free classes with the use of gloves when handling food preparation
Working Conditions
+ Works in classroom or office with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, or temperature
+ Ability to stand and walk up to eighty percent of work time in conducting classes

+ Completion of Heartsaver CPR
+ Shadowing an Infant Care class, Breastfeeding class and a Childbirth Education class
+ Work a minimum of 8 hours of class time to include at least one weekend class per month
