To be eligible for an ESEA endorsement you need one of the following:
An associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution of higher education; or at least two years of study at an accredited institution of higher education (defined as 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours).
The examination for paraprofessionals prescribed by the State Board of Education (ParaPro Assessment). Candidates must request their test scores be reported directly to the Ohio Department of Education from the Educational Testing Service.
Description:
The RBT is a paraprofessional level certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA, who is responsible for all work BTs perform.
Work with administration, classroom teachers, behavior specialist, and parent/guardians in support of student(s) with disabilities during the school day. Must enjoy working with children, be cheerful, patient and understanding. Willing to give student(s) with disabilities individualized attention, which leads to increased performance and the achievement of goals outlined in the I.E.P.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to obtain an Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education with the ESSA endorsement when applicable.
3. Complete mandated RBT training provided by the district (includes 40 total hours of online/in-person blended training followed by a competency assessment given by a BCBA
or BCaBA).
4. Work with the behavior specialist and classroom teacher in support of implementing behavior plans and supporting behavior needs based on assignment(s) given.
5. Track data, given the behavior plan, and report back to the behavior specialist and classroom teacher.
6. Maintain the minimum supervision requirements set forth by the district and the behavior specialist throughout the school year (2 meetings/month with behavior specialist).
7. Able to use a computer.
8. Good organization skills.
9. Ability to work cooperatively with other personnel.
10. Ability to perform clerical skills including, but not limited to filing, copying, and record keeping.
11. A working knowledge of devices and equipment commonly used in public schools.
12. Ability to successfully complete CPR/First Aid/CPI training.
13. Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
14. Ability to operate wheelchairs and other mechanical devices designed to aid the student with a disability or possess the ability to learn.
15. Other relevant criteria determined by the Board of Education, superintendent and/or designee.

Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning and work experience.
* Considerable working knowledge of mobile learning technologies as well as the following operating systems: OS X, Windows, Android OS, Chrome OS.
* Demonstrated knowledge using Chromebooks in Education.
* Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity applications.

Summary
Provides high level curriculum related administrative support and assists in coordination of curricular activities in specified areas of responsibility.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
Course Preparation: Assist in course planning including but not limited to, coordinating course meetings, assist in course scheduling and syllabi development, scheduling/reserving facility and technology resources, and developing/managing timelines for course implementation. Assist with the preparation and delivery of assessments, including maintenance of item banks, in collaboration with University Assessment and Clinical Skills services.
Course Delivery: Coordinate and maintain curricular content in LMS or designated software, maintaining secure and confidential student information and records. Assist with session implementation coordinating and utilizing education technology for content delivery, and dissemination of information. Assist with the coordination of all logistics and administrative tasks for identified session presenters.
Service and Communication Excellence: Serve as principal administrative contact and customer service liaison with students and faculty, to provide excellent service and communication and to interact professionally to create a favorable impression of NEOMED.
Record Keeping: Track student attendance, student assignment completion, grade submissions, course expenditures, and assist with processing honoraria.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role (Cultivation Technician):
Reporting into the Cultivation Manager, the Cultivation Technician provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to produce clean, potent, safe medicine for our patients. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. This is a full-time 40 hour/week position.
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for contributing to all or most aspects of plant production including propagation, watering, pruning, trellising, defoliating, monitoring, and harvesting of plants. Other tasks such as transplanting, moving plants, Data collection and entry, making fertilizer solution, irrigation system management, cleaning and sanitation of grow rooms and equipment, and other tasks as assigned may also be responsibilities of the Cultivation Technician.
How you'll make a difference (required duties and responsibilities):
* Responsible for the daily care of medicine from seed/clone to harvest; monitoring environmental factors to maximize production and prevent failures; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the cultivation area.
* Implement daily feeding & care schedule as directed by Cultivation Manager
* Maintain consistency and discretion when pruning crops at various
* Maintain consistency, uniformity and accuracy when repotting crops at various
* Routine visual inspection of plants to identify any pests/deficiencies and reporting findings to Cultivation Lead
* Crop propagation to meet inventory requirements as determined by Cultivation Lead
* Maintains accurate records of reservoirs, equipment and other crop related logs assigned by Cultivation Lead
* Accurately scans inventory into designated location(s)
* Proper usage, maintenance and storage of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to: shop vacuums, pumps, hoses, carts, fiskars, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags, and goggles.
* Completes daily and periodic cleaning tasks as assigned. Daily cleaning consists of sweeping and spot mopping all areas on the cultivation floor and loading area
* Proper disposal of waste at the end of each day
* Assists in completing other secondary cultivation tasks at the direction of the Cultivation Lead according to company
* Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the cultivation
* Other duties as needed
Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications):
* High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in horticulture, agriculture, biology, chemistry, or related field preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred
* Knowledge of basic computer & office equipment operations (inventory systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
* Math required for inventory, projections, and excellent time-management skills
* Ability to effectively plan and prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively as part of a team

Role Overview:
The TMS Technician provides direct care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. This position will offer the opportunity to provide patient care with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. General Summary:
Performs echocardiograms and non-invasive cardiac tests.
Woks under the supervision of the office manager.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Example of Essential Duties:
1. Performs quality echocardiograms, recognizing abnormalities, and obtains appropriate measurements and calculations.
2. Writes technical preliminary reports and confers with Drs. on abnormal results.
3. Preps treadmill stress patients and assists physician with functions related to stress testing according to department policy/procedure.
4. Applies holter monitor recorder and performs holter tape analysis according to department policy/procedure.
5. Works within the EMR to gather needed information prior to testing.
6. Reviews final reports before sending to referring physician.
7. Maintains proper care of equipment between preventative maintenance checks.
8. Performs office duties/other paperwork to ensure efficient operation of the department which includes proper completion of charge tickets before sending to billing.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Required:
