We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor to perform nursing duties, medication administration oversight, and psychoeducation at the Center for Recovery and Wellness. This is a full-time position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow protocols and policies for medication management duties in the residential addiction treatment facility, and support outpatient facility as needed.
Maintain the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting of client files.
Assess the medical status of new and existing clients and refer for outside medical care when appropriate.

Handling complaints or other issues by following Justice Center Code of Conduct and all relevant internal policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain weekly staff assignments/schedules.
Assists the medical director in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining records of reporting (DEA, Justice Center, OASAS, DOH)
Developing/conducting quality assurance audits and documentation review, in collaboration with the leadership team.

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator, Youth Programs. The ACYP is a thoughtful, engaging, and detail-oriented operator who owns phone and email communications and directly supports the operations teams and camp Key Staff throughout the camp season.
Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:
The Family Support Specialist II is responsible for providing comprehensive case management, referrals, and seamless coordination with community and supportive service activities that promote economic self-sufficiency for families, enhance the quality of life for seniors and people with disabilities, and increase opportunities for residents. This role involves collaborating with a team of professionals in various fields to determine suitable approaches and support families in different neighborhoods under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
JOB RESPONSIBLTIES:
Conduct intake, assessments, enroll residents in family support program, and visit various locations for resident information gathering.
Collaborate with families on Development Plans, assist in accessing social services, advocate for service delivery for up to 100 individuals.
Ensure privacy, track resident data in USI's "LEARN" system, attend community and program-related meetings.
Available for occasional nights/weekends, travel up to 25%, perform administrative tasks.
Providing resources and knowledge for clients to access capital, including loans for financial goals like housing and consumer products, to build credit, reduce debt, and support wealth growth through entrepreneurship.
Offering consultation services in financial management and goal-setting.
Hosting in-person and virtual seminars for clients seeking financial literacy management resources and capital access.
Supporting and promoting the development of the USI CDFI client base.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a case manager or in direct practice with low-income households; health services experience a plus.
Valid driver's license and automobile availability for work use.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Refugio Unaccompanied Children Shelter and Foster Care Program is a 24-hour program that serves young persons in immigration custody who are awaiting release to their sponsors. POSITION OVERVIEW In- Community Case Managers are responsible for coordinating family reunification services and assessing the needs of each unaccompanied child (UC) in care. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize trauma theory and brief therapeutic techniques to work with unaccompanied children entering the United States during a typical shelter stay of 30-35 days.
Complete an intake interview upon admission and promptly identify needed services.
Assess family, education, history of trauma, personal goals, and potential experience with human exploitation/trafficking.
Develop interventions and an individual service plan consistent with each child's psycho-social needs.
Maintain direct contact with each UC and, to the extent possible, with the UCs family and potential sponsors.
Maintain appropriate documentation according to program regulations.
Carry up to eight cases.
Upon request, this role may be required to travel with UC, 14 and under, to locations in the United States.

Confirm minor are receiving all required services, meeting regularly with the minor to ensure their wellbeing.
Attend all case staffing, trainings, and other meetings as part of the minor's care team, providing status updates and collaborating with other stakeholders.
Initiate, coordinate, and maintain direct contact with each minor and the minor's family while the minor is in ORR care in order to efficiently advance the minor's family reunification and safe release from the facility.
Facilitate the timely release or discharge of minors to identified family members or authorized caregiver/custodian and document the provision of services in each minor's case file

Responsibilities
Direct Care of Recovery Services (70%)
Provide orientation to individuals regarding the process of their treatment when they begin accessing services.
Work with individuals and their case manager/social worker to create and execute a Recovery Wellness Plan (coach clients to transition from a professionally directed service plan to a self-directed Recovery plan) and evaluate progress.
Assist recovering persons to identify their goals, strengths, and personal interests regarding recovery and develop long and short-term strategies for achieving these goals.
Advice, guide, and train individuals through their recovery process as needed.
Escort individuals to appointments with agencies, self-help groups, and other community resources as needed.
Actively identify and support linkages to community resources that support the recovering person's goals and interests.
Promote self-advocacy by assisting individuals to have their voices fully heard; their needs, goals, and objectives established as a focal point of rehabilitation and clinical services.
Participate with clinical staff in crisis intervention.
Report problematic issues, obstacles, and accomplishments experienced by individuals working toward their respective recovery goals to their case manager/social worker.
Promote and participate in outreach to inform community members about the Center's services.
Provide orientation of CRW services for community members.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
LMCC seeks a full-time Individual Giving Manager to manage the execution and growth of an individual donor base across the organization, primarily through a new membership program. This mid-level role is a new position that reports to the Director of Development, and will be tasked with scaling a new audience of individual donors with an eye to strengthening community relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented development professional with a proven ability to execute data-driven campaigns, manage donor relationships, and build lasting infrastructure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual Giving & Membership Program Management
Work with the Director of Development to execute and manage the launch and day-to-day administration of LMCCs new tiered membership program, starting in Spring 2026.
Implement and maintain established membership tiers and stewardship protocols to ensure a high level of support for members and the broader LMCC community.
Manage the execution of targeted, data-driven annual campaigns and appeals, working closely with the new Director of Marketing and utilizing the organization's new CRM system.
Lead prospecting and cultivation efforts for individual donors with the overall goal of securing at least 200 members by the end of Year Two, with a minimum of 75 recurring supporters, to build a reliable base of predictable income.
Serve as the main point of contact for Creative Currents, LMCCs inaugural Associate Board, leveraging their networks as key ambassadors to activate the membership program from day one.
Work with the Director of Marketing and Director of Development to create strategies for the goal of more deeply engaging LMCCs artist alumni.
Cultivation Event Development & Management
Work with the Director of Development to create and execute 46 membership and cultivation events annually, primarily at the Arts Center at Governors Island (ACGI).
Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for all cultivation events.
Collaborate closely with the new Director of Marketing and Events Manager to ensure LMCCs programing is also aligned with overall development strategy around stewardship and campaign execution.
Support the Director of Development in producing LMCCs annual Gala, the Downtown Dinner.
Team Support & Capacity Building
Support the Director in creating and implementing department wide systems and strategy with the goal of increasing staff capacity and efficiency.
Work with the Director of Development to create and track ongoing KPIs for the department.
Support the department's administrative functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of progressive professional experience in non-profit fundraising, development, or institutional advancement.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex development plans, from managing program tiers to implementing stewardship protocols.
Strong familiarity with donor database/CRM management and using data to inform and evaluate campaign performance.
Proven ability to work effectively across departments (Marketing, Events, Development).
A strong commitment to the arts, cultural equity, and LMCCs mission as Manhattans arts council.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling solicitations and manage a high volume of personalized donor correspondence.
Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration or a related field preferred.
COMPENSATION
The salary for this position is $66,300 annually and includes an attractive benefits package including health coverage, dental and optional vision plans, life insurance, and three (3) weeks of paid time off plus paid sick leave. Additionally, LMCC has fifteen (15) paid holidays inclusive of closing the office between Christmas and New Years Day. Health benefits begin three (3) months after the first date of employment.
We maintain a hybrid work schedule, generally requiring Tuesday & Thursday in-office at the Arts Center at Governors Island with remote work generally on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is an exempt position and will require night and weekend availability.
