Job Summary



Design, develop and refine the education curriculum through reverse engineering of the role to simplify training and instruction to adult learners
Deliver/facilitate existing or newly developed curriculum during the training period of the apprenticeship program
Provide student mentoring and support throughout the training program and as needed through the one-year apprenticeship adjusting information/support as required per the individual student.
Celebrate the success of the program participants by making learning experience engaging and fun and participating in graduation ceremonies
Partner with the Clinic Operations/Project Management to ensure a successful program, including assisting with the attraction, recruitment, and selection process for program participants
Supervise Market Clinical Admin Supervisors




Primary Responsibilities:




Leads and develops education curriculum for MA apprenticeship program
Delivers educational content in virtual and on-site classroom settings
Supervises market Clinical Admin Supervisors
Provides mentoring and support to the market staff including Clinical Admin Supervisors, MA apprentices and mentors (preceptors) in the clinics

MA, LPN, or RN experience, previous education experience

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
