YOUR IMPACT
The Privacy Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative, customer service, and billing support, assisting the lead(s), including the Deputy Director, Privacy Operations and Vice President, Global Privacy Division and Privacy Initiatives Operations, in administering the BBB EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Program and in implementing other related privacy initiatives, as needed, within the purview of the Privacy Initiatives team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility for screening new applications to the BBB EU-US DPF program, conducting initial reviews of posted privacy policies and other materials to check for eligibility.
Maintains accurate records of applicants and participating businesses by updating company data in appropriate spreadsheets and databases.
Serves as primary point of contact for new and renewing applicants, providing resources and general guidance, maintaining an open line of communication and responding professionally to inquiries, directing questions to management as needed.
Provides guidance to participating businesses on the renewal process for both the Department of Commerce and DPF program as well as insights on other procedures such as company restructuring Monitors pending applicants, alerting management to red flags that may cause their application to be rejected.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, psychology, or related field, and a minimum of two (2) years related experience in the criminal justice field to include one (1) year of experience in the area of substance abuse. Prefer previous experience working with a Recovery Court or specialty docket program.
Job Contingencies and Special Requirements
Successful candidate must undergo and complete a criminal background check. Annual DMV record check will be required. Spanish fluency preferred.
Must be willing to work with criminal offenders who may have violent tendencies, observe collection of urine for drug screening, conduct home visits/verifications with law enforcement, meet with potential participants who are incarcerated at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center or other correctional facilities as needed, which may require non-traditional working evening or weekend hours. The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of the Virginia criminal courts, probation supervision, substance abuse treatment and drug testing in the criminal justice setting, report writing, collaboration in a team setting, and program administration. Description
The EducationCoordinator supports museum public programs, tours, outreach, and volunteer services. Working in close coordination with the Public Programs Manager and museum leadership, the EducationCoordinator develops, implements, manages, and evaluates education, tour, outreach, and volunteer programs that advance the museum's mission and engage diverse audiences.This position plays a central role in managing docent, volunteer, and intern programs; coordinating tours and public programs; supporting exhibition planning and interpretation; and delivering high-quality in-person and virtual educational experiences. The EducationCoordinator also oversees front desk staffing, supports outreach and ceremonial events, maintains program metrics and reports, and ensures adherence to best practices in museum education, interpretation, and volunteer management.The role requires flexibility, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support museum operations and programs.
Develops, implements, and evaluates museum tour, education, outreach, and volunteer programs in collaboration with the Public Programs Manager.
* Participates in the planning and execution of museum activities that engage audiences, including exhibition planning and interpretation.
* Executes museum public programs and events as scheduled, including in-person and virtual offerings.
* Creates curriculum and interpretive materials to supplement exhibitions and public programs.
* Maintains awareness of current best practices in museum education, interpretation, and volunteer management.
Volunteer, Docent, and Intern Program Management
* Manages the museum's volunteer and intern programs in support of the museum mission.
* Recruits, interviews, trains, supervises, and evaluates docents and volunteers.
* Develops and implements guidelines and procedures for docent program conduct and evaluation.
* Provides orientation, training, counseling, ongoing supervision, and performance evaluation for volunteers.
* Regularly reviews service delivery, operational effectiveness, and fiscal aspects of the docent program.
Tour and Visitor Services Management
* Manages the museum's tour program, including guided and unguided visits.
* Develops, evaluates, and updates tour programs and pre- and post-visit materials.
* Receives tour requests and schedules group visits.
* Schedules docents and staff to support tours and special presentations.
* Provides specialized tours and presentations upon request.
* Oversees daily attendance data collection and reporting.
* Directs front desk staffing and supervises assigned personnel.
* Opens and closes museum buildings as directed.
Outreach, Public Affairs, and Community Engagement
* Coordinates and delivers community outreach programs, including off-site activities.
* Develops age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate, and engaging educationalprograms.
* Cultivates cooperative relationships civic organizations, youth groups, educational institutions, professional associations, and other partners.
Administration, Reporting, and Professional Representation
* Assists with preparation of reports and required documentation.
* Coordinates or represents the museum at meetings, conferences, and functions locally, CONUS, or OCONUS, consistent with museum policies.
* Provides subject-matter expertise across museum mission areas when requested.
* Performs physical tasks required to support mission execution, including lifting and moving objects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, History, Museum Studies, or a closely related field.
* Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience in museum tours, education, or public program planning and execution.
* Minimum five (5) years of experience managing docents, volunteers, or interns (internships do not count toward experience).
* Demonstrated experience in staff and volunteer supervision, training, and general administration.
* Proven ability to work effectively with diverse audiences and populations.
* Experience planning and delivering both in-person and virtual museum programs.
* Experience with event planning, scheduling, and program evaluation.
* Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Ability to travel locally; occasional travel CONUS or OCONUS for outreach, events, or professional development.
* Ability to perform physical tasks associated with museum operations, including lifting and moving materials.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

What to expect.
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed counselor or social worker to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health support to youth and families within Prince George's County Schools. In this role, you will deliver culturally relevant interventions, collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and community partners, and help address common barriers to treatment. You will also develop and implement interventions that promote holistic wellness from a client-centered, school-based, and community-focused perspective.
Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to tailor treatment plans and engage with clients, families, and support systems.
Facilitate wellness activities and educational outreach, focusing on stigma reduction and mental health awareness.
Address barriers to treatment engagement and contribute to the development of culturally relevant prevention materials.
Act as a liaison for obtaining culturally sensitive services and participate in case management and team planning.
Provide clinical assessments, therapy, crisis services, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Deliver services in various settings, including offices, client homes, and other community environments.

What we need from you.
Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
Licensed Certificated Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Requirement of fluency in both English and Spanish.
A driver's license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
Experience working with at-risk adolescents and families is preferred.
The pay range for this position is $60,320 minimum to $87,838.40 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license and years and level of related experience.
