What will you be doing?
Provide product demonstration and education to Healthcare Professionals in a variety of offices and facilities within a defined geographic territory. To provide disease state related educational support to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed with the Client Account Manager.
To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
To only use approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materials.
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
To facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Client Account Manager, Field.
To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities.
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports.
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team.
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Working under limited supervision, provide overall administrative management and coordination for the Master of Science in Anesthesia program in Washington, D.C. Duties include a limited variety of business-related functions: clinical onboarding, finance, marketing, budget, recruiting, event management, and human resources. Serve as backup office manager and collaborate with the Manager of Administrative Operations to address clinical rotation responsibilities and other key administrative duties. Function as a technical resource and advisor exercising discretion and independent judgment. The department administrator has authority to waive or deviate from established policies and procedures without prior approval.This position will be working out of our location in Washington D.C.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Prepare and maintain program budget needs, specifically in terms of student educational supplies and equipment, faculty needs, office supplies, and program catering needs. Prepare requisitions, reimbursement requests, and make PCard purchases for the full-time staff of the MSA program. Process guest speaker honorariums. Set up independent contractor agreements. Order and maintain office supplies. Make travel arrangements and prepare travel expense forms for reimbursement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university's travel policy. Track expenses on an on-going basis. Consider past requirements and expenditures and analyze program needs on both a short- and long-range basis in order to present a budget plan for each fiscal year. Perform needs assessment, make projections based on multiple items and variables, analyze budget variances and recommend courses of action. * Manage local clinical rotations in coordination with the manager of administrative operations. * Support the leadership team in implementing long- and short-term program strategy planning goals, particularly in terms of clinical rotation management, financial management, accreditation reporting, marketing and recruitment, program expansion, and increasing the quality of program applicants. In coordination with manager of administrative operations, develop work plans with key activities, deliverables, and milestones for self and program team. Provide the expected results or outputs from each key activity or strategic initiative. Report on milestones achieved during regular staff meetings. (10%)
* Plan and coordinate local recruiting activities for the program to increase enrollment. Arrange for presenters to attend high school and college classes and other recruiting events. Attend local college career fairs. Work with MSA marketing associate to pull together appropriate materials and giveaways that will attract the attention of prospective students. Host, advise & instruct prospective students and their parents during on-campus visits. * Manage local program events (e.g. white coat ceremony, open houses, clinical instructor dinners). Identify target audience, select and reserve venues, manage the teams of people responsible for each function, manage the budget, and oversee the execution of the event. Supervise the services of outside vendors. (10%)
* Manage all aspects of the MSA Program's job shadowing program, including setting requirements and expectations for observers, interpreting hospital policies regarding student visitors, and implementing program policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency and identify improvements. Create application materials such as job shadow application, observer agreement, and confidentiality agreement. Take, prioritize and schedule student shadowing requests; oversee the shadowing day. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating observers and deciding whether they should be granted a shadowing experience. (9%)
* Coordinate human resources activities within the program. Interpret, advise and instruct faculty and staff on university, school, and program policies and procedures. Onboard new faculty and staff and orient them to the program and campus. Provide an overview of the program's mission and structure along with information on essential contacts, services and programs available to them as an employee. Onboarding responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up workspace/office, providing needed access to program and university systems, reviewing dress code, obtaining ID badge and office key, making introductions. Provide outreach and transition support to CTE students and parents, including classroom visits, information sessions, and communication on post-secondary pathways and college credit opportunities
Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Contribute to regional and institutional reporting and grant deliverables, including CPSN and annual reports, as requested
Assist with special projects for ODE, ODHE, CPSN and Executive Director, as requested
Attend local parent/teacher/counselor/business information sessions, as requested
Assist in maintaining accurate records of partnerships, contacts, and program outcomes using CRM or project management tools
Submit CTAG and ITAG courses/credentials into CEMS System
Collaborate with the CCP Office for CCP courses offered in CTE programs
Assist in hiring adjunct professors for CTE/CCP courses, as requested
Support CSPN with CTE-26 applicand Perkins/CLNA applications, as requested
Promote on-campus activities, especially those that promote CTE pathways and opportunities
Engage employers and industry for input on industry credential, certificate and degree pathway opportunities
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, travel and purchase requisitions related to Workforce and CTE
Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Collect and organize data for workforce reports, grants, and post-secondary initiatives
Support the initiatives of Executive Director for Workforce Development and Employer Relations, as requested
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure alignment with Workforce and CTE goals
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Three (3) years' experience working in a public secondary and/or post educational institution.
Preferred:
Work experience in career and technical education and/or workforce development that involves evaluation and developing curriculum
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment including database software (Microsoft Access and Excel)
Skills in oral and written communications; listening and conveying information.
Basic principles of marketing and public speaking
Ability to work independently and to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships
Ability to adapt to changes.
Physical Activity Level
Medium - Work requires lifting 20 lbs. frequently; 20+ lbs. occasionally and frequently walking or standing for long periods of time
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a full-time, continuing status staff position.
The hourly rate is in grade 08A of the Staff Salary Schedule. The anticipated hiring range is $20.94/hour - $24/hour.
This position requires the incumbent to have a valid Ohio driver's license and a driving record which qualifies the driver under the College's insurance program to travel independently to various locations within the state.
This position is not eligible for remote work.

MKTG Brand Educators (BE) are Diageo brand enthusiasts that educate consumers on Diageo Brands during on, off, and experiential special events. They must be able to deliver a unique sampling experience, and help consumers make informed brand decisions. They are expected to interact and actively engage consumers at the point of purchase and experience, with the end goal of reinforcing and/or increasing brand awareness. The BE embodies the Diageo brand they represent and humanizes the brand as a result. They build consumer trust by providing product knowledge and education.
BEs have a wide range of job responsibilities related to engaging consumers to recognize, prefer and purchase our client brands. For this reason, MKTG hires personable, friendly, and professional Brand Educators. In addition to participating in promotional events when selected, BEs are expected to complete regular online trainings regarding our client brands. BEs must have the ability to immerse themselves in order to obtain an extensive level of knowledge including Category, Product Distillation/Production and Brand with the ability to pass exams testing said knowledge. BEs must be able to successfully showcase their knowledge and ability to engage by showcasing a “Final” two to three minute presentation, in order to represent Diageo brands at events.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Outgoing Brand Knowledge and Personification of the Brand - BE must complete training in order to understand what the brand/program represents, stands for and how it differs from other brands. BE must be able to translate brand information to consumers in a relatable manner.
