Adapted PE Services: Deliver and consult on Adapted PE sessions, designing programs to address physical fitness, gross motor skills, perceptual motor skills, and sports achievements tailored to individual IEP needs.
IEP Process & Goals: Actively participate in the IEP process from referral to implementation, including assessments, report writing, meetings, and goal development.

the Englewood neighborhood.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Farm Production:
Bed preparation, transplant production, transplanting, direct seeding
Cultivation of planted beds irrigating, weeding, fertilizing, trellising,
thinning, pruning
Harvesting, processing, and packing produce
Product deliveries and supply runs as needed
Maintaining quality, sanitation, and freshness standards
Record keeping and farm data entry support
Basic carpentry and repair work; examples include irrigation line installation and repair, fabricating trellises, repairing raised beds
Assist with food distribution and farmers' markets and Growing Home events which includes some weekends

Position Overview
Assist nonverbal students with daily living skills and functional routines as needed.
Provide one\-on\-one or small\-group assistance under the direction of certified teachers.
Reinforce academic instruction, classroom engagement, and positive behavior strategies.
Support students throughout the school day in general education and special education classrooms.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes student independence.
Requirements
An active Illinois Paraprofessional Certification is required.
High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience with children or in an educational setting is helpful but not required.
