What you'll be doing
In this customer/client facing role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your critical care/CRRT experience to provide implementation, education, and training on Vantive's Renal product portfolio.
Provide ongoing education for facilities in CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) and TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange). Requires extensive travel (90%). Promote product demonstrations during education sessions and document product leads in the current CRM. Document and provide written solutions to recurring problems for client use incorporating use of corporate label approval policies. Position Overview:
Registered Nurse whom is clinically competent and effectively facilitates learning, staff development and socialization of learners. Uses assessment and evaluation strategies in education principals and participates in curriculum design as well as functions as change agent, leader and educator.
This position will also serve as the acting manager in the absence of the unit manager. Responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the Critical Care Unit in a manner reflective of the Hospital's philosophy and objective for maintaining required supplies and staffing, and acting as liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff. Serves as the Nurse Administrator on-call (as necessary) to provide leadership and management to personnel during the off hours.

Experience Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

What do you need for this position?
Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license required

What will you be doing?
