Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology team, the Clinical Educator will conduct highly specialized training on the technical use of products for physicians, nurses, medical personnel and other staff in a clinical or surgical environment. The Clinical Educator will utilize their technical expertise to assist in installation and support of Laborie product, provide feedback on products usage and customer responses. This role enhances the customer experience by enabling customers to use the purchased equipment as suggested and to assist with adoption by the clinical staff.
About the Role:
Install, train, and educate end users on newly purchased urodynamic equipment and supporting products, ensuring compliance with ICS and Laborie standards.
Provide ongoing customer support and training, proactively addressing needs and ensuring comfort with equipment usage.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify new opportunities through educational events and deliver advanced presentations to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and customer interactions in a timely manner.
