What will you be doing?
Provide product demonstration and education to Healthcare Professionals in a variety of offices and facilities within a defined geographic territory. To provide disease state related educational support to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed with the Client Account Manager.
To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
To only use approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materials.
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
To facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Client Account Manager, Field.
To constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities.
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports.
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team.
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions
Comply with all Ashfield Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.
Be contactable during working hours to answer queries
To possess a full valid US drivers license

What do you need for this position?
Neuro/psych or mental health or behavioral health experience required
Experience working in pharmaceutical industry within an HCP facing Clinical Educator role required
Registered Nurse with 3- 5 years post-educational experience

The University of California Master Food Preserver Program based in Davis, CA, extends UC research-based information about home food safety and preservation to the public. The UC Master Food Preserver Program is a public service and outreach program under UC Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (UC SAREP) within the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR), administered locally by participating UC Cooperative Extension county offices and a statewide online delivery program. The Cottage Food Operations Education Specialist will lead the development and implementation of a statewide UC Master Food Preserver (MFP) public education and volunteer certification program to provide training and technical support for cottage food operators throughout California. The Education Specialist will collaborate with statewide and county-based MFP personnel and volunteers and cottage food operators to support innovation in the development of processed food products and foster small business development and entrepreneurship. This position will provide content expertise in food preservation methods, build strong partnerships with environmental health departments, and develop resources to assist California cottage foods operators with regulatory compliance and food safety best practices. This position will work under the general supervision of the MFP Program Manager and will collaborate closely with the UC SAREP Associate Director for Sustainable Food Economies to integrate cottage foods projects into strategic planning and program development for the MFP and UC SAREP.
This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.
The home department is the Master Food Preservers Program. While this position normally is based in

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, dietetics, public health, community development, policy, economics, business, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge, background and experience in food science, food safety, nutrition, dietetics, public health, or a similar field relevant to evidence-based food preservation techniques and/or small-scale food business operations.
In-depth analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
Advanced interpersonal skills to maintain effective professional relationships with staff, volunteers, agencies, industry groups, and program participants.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized academic instruction to students with learning differences and disabilities in middle and high school settings
Manage a caseload and ensure services are aligned with each student's IEP goals and timelines
Lead IEP meetings, develop compliant IEPs, and collaborate with service providers, families, and district staff
Administer and interpret standardized assessments to guide instructional planning
Adapt and modify curriculum for inclusive settings using co-teaching, push-in, pull-out, and small group instruction
Maintain accurate records including IEPs, progress reports, evaluations, and service documentation
Collaborate with general education staff to ensure meaningful inclusion and differentiation
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Valid California Education Specialist and/or Special Education Teaching Credential (CTC)
In-person availability for Oakland, CA
Knowledge of Special Education law in California, policy, and instructional best practices
