What You'll Be Doing Main fuctions: Evaluate and develop clinical competency of nursing staff, providing staff education, assuring regulatory compliance, and improving patient, staff and physician satisfaction in collaboration and consultation with the Medical Director, the Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Manager. Accountable for planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating all aspects of the delivery of patient care for the adult patient. Accountable for clinical quality, project management design and execution. Serves in supervisory capacity in absence of Nurse Manager. Effectively recommends staff actions for remedial assistance, discipline and/or growth or promotional opportunities based on assessment of clinical, technical and professional competencies.
