Staff assess the child's skill levels and areas of need, create a treatment plan, followed by 12-18 months of weekly home visits to teach the suggested interventions to individuals and families. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree Preferred Licensure/Certification (Specialty may include: Licensed Special Education Teacher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Psychologist, Masters in Education, Masters in Psychology, Early Intervention Specialist, BCBA, ABA Therapist) Three years of experience supporting people with disabilities.
