Works in collaboration with leaders, system educators, and Digital Learning Coordinators to coordinate Clinical Education training activities for the system. Highly technical role, requiring critical and analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, to design and develop processes and programs within the system. Works skillfully with complex data and formatting to formulate viable learning solutions. Works with content and subject matter experts to ensure required content is appropriately coordinated and implemented for live and online education.
Essential Functions

Processes required training and competency validations for clinical team members upon hire and annually. Manages course entry and course rosters to ensure proper processes are followed and educational training is documented.
Serves as point person for central collection and organization in the development of and the uploading of required materials in online systems. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
Coordinates resources and deliverables to meet budget, scope and time expectations.
Reviews department processes to assess for efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
Manages purchasing and payroll. Purchases external vendor content and reallocates to the appropriate department.
Analyzes data from tracking repositories within the learning management system and other Clinical Education online systems and assists with distribution of reports.
Provides technical support to all users of the LMS including employees, students, volunteers, and contractors.
Assists with official record keeping for various regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements including local, state, and national agencies.
Participates in Prisma Health/department processes and projects as required.
Provides excellent customer service.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Computer, Healthcare or related field of study.

SUMMARY:
The Dual Immersion English/Spanish teacher, under supervision of the Principal, will provide a planned instructional program in the target language of English or Spanish for elementary students following curriculum specified by the district's guidelines. Will plan, organize and provide academic instruction in English or Spanish for students participating in the bilingual education program 98%-100% of the instructional time
Structure activities in the classroom to encourage students to engage in both language input and output, to facilitate oral language production and comprehension.
Administer formative and standardized academic assessments in English and Spanish to monitor progress and identify academic and language needs of students
Analyze and interpret the results of formative and standardized academic assessments in English and Spanish to inform instructional practice.
Provide differentiated instruction to accommodate the diverse linguistic needs of students who are acquiring English or Spanish as a second language.
Create a learning environment that fosters the attainment and ongoing development of the four essential language domains: reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Cover assigned staff duties, including recess supervision, as well as other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the school administration.
Maintain ongoing communication with parents
Focus on professional development to improve job related skills

Student Observers: Students will visit the classroom for a prescribed number of hours (i.e.10-20 hours during a semester in order to observe critical components of learning including: classroom management, lesson clarity, instructional variety, learning climate, task orientation, student success, performance outcomes, and learning through play. Students will act only as observers, not active participants.

The Clinical Educator II - Ancillary role is responsible for creating and maintaining competency-based training programs intended to prepare the healthcare workforce for clinical practice. This role will be accountable for ensuring educational products are developed and implemented to align with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. The Clinical Educator 2 - Ancillary role is responsible for educational curriculum for the care continuum of onboarding, annual, and as needed basis.
Team members in the Clinical Educator II- Ancillary role must demonstrate and maintain clinical expertise in the specific area of healthcare in which they will provide education and training. The team member in this role will implement the service-line-based education for the entire Prisma Health system.
Accountabilities
*Creation of Education
- Designs and implements onboarding orientation courses and competencies for all newly hired and/or newly transferred team members.
- Develops the model and provides curriculum to team members that have recently graduated from a training program to facilitate the transition to practice.
- Constructs clinical competency-based annual educational programs for the Prisma Health system.
- Designs as-needed educational programs when services within the healthcare delivery system change and/or evolve. 40%
*Maintenance of Educational Products and Systems
- Evaluates educational material for compliance in the latest evidence-based practice, regulatory standard, and policy requirements.
- Assesses educational program evaluation feedback to determine if changes in content are necessary. Based on evaluation feedback, revises content to ensure it is relevant, current, and effective. Makes all necessary revisions to the curriculum in a timely manner.
- Evaluates transition to practice curriculum to ensure it is meeting the needs of the learner.
- Maintains accurate records of educational offerings.
- Generates reports necessary for informing leadership team members within Prisma Health on the individual or group status of education and training. 40%
*Collaboration/Consultation
- Collaborates with other health care professionals to develop and refine educational materials.
- Provides consultation with healthcare leadership in response to new educational requests. 10%
*Knowledge and Competency
- Maintains individual validation requirements needed to provide competency training to other team members.
- Preserves clinical expertise and knowledge in the specific area of healthcare in which assigned to provide education and training. 10%

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare field.
Master of Science in healthcare field degree preferred.
5 years of acute care clinical experience.

Basic Function: The primary responsibility is to provide childcare at community based sites using the Strengthening Families Program model. The childcare worker shall maintain the confidential nature of the agency's services and shall perform the duties of the position in a professional manner. The position operates under the supervision of the site coordinator.
Scope: Childcare services include but are not limited to providing basic childcare to children during the SFP parent sessions.
Principal Responsibilities:
Assist in site set up for dinner, parent and children's groups.
Be available to parents between group sessions for questions and/or support.
Provide childcare to children during Strengthening Families Program sessions.
Serve as a positive role model for families and children in accordance with the professional expectations of the agency.
Capability to work limited hours and evenings as required for this program.
Immediately report any concerns related to the care of children during SFP sessions to the Site Coordinator.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must be a team player who works to achieve the goals of the program and of the agency.
Must be very dependable (e.g. arrive at work on time, adhere to policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment).
