BEs must have the ability to immerse themselves in order to obtain an extensive level of knowledge including Category, Product Distillation/Production and Brand with the ability to pass exams testing said knowledge. BEs must be able to successfully showcase their knowledge and ability to engage by showcasing a “Final” two to three minute presentation, in order to represent Diageo brands at events. This position is an Occasional Employment Position. Being hired as a Brand Educator does not guarantee that the employee will be assigned to any particular quantity of assignments. Brand Educator must sign-off on all required forms and must adhere to all MKTG Policies & Procedures and the NA Diageo Marketing Code. The program builds upon and provides supports and resources to assist family members to enhance infants or toddler's learning and development through everyday learning opportunities. The Special Educator in the SoonerStart program is responsible for providing individual and family services to enhance the learning, development, and social-emotional skills of children with developmental delays as well as promote literacy and understanding of early cognitive concepts while monitoring progress toward goals. This includes assessing and/or screening health and development in young children; coaching and modeling skills for families to implement to enhance their child's opportunities in health, cognitive, personal-social, language, and motor development; serving as a member of an interdisciplinary team to monitor the effectiveness of child health and development services. This position is responsible for providing health, developmental and educational services in the areas of child health. Services are provided in the child's natural environment settings in which children typically spend time, for example, home or childcare. Services include screenings, evaluations, intervention, and parent education. Plus, the ability to assess/evaluate children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication, motor, and adaptive abilities to develop educational outcomes to enhance school readiness. Level III: This is the specialist level where incumbents perform all essential functions at the full Special Educator performance level practicing at a high degree of flexibility, and independently develop and implement programs to meet the child and family's educational needs and goals. Requirements at this level consist of a Master's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited college or university and possession of a valid teaching certificate issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, and certified in Special Education, plus two years of post-baccalaureate teaching experience. Plus, the ability to assess/evaluate children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication, motor, and adaptive abilities to develop educational outcomes to enhance school readiness.
