What will you be doing?
As a Metabolic Educator, you will serve as a field-based clinical expert responsible for delivering evidence-based disease-state education in obesity and liver disease to Healthcare Professionals and office staff across your assigned territory. You will:
To provide disease state-related educational support, awareness, and resources to identified Healthcare Professionals and to office staff as agreed with the client and Inizio Engage.
To present educational programs, both live and virtual, to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office.
To foster awareness of speaker sessions to HCPs through client's speaker bureau.
Provide support at client convention booths.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and matrix partners to align on strategy, share insights, and drive cohesive execution of organizational goals.
To only use or distribute approved materials provided by the client, without changing, or copying the materials.
To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage and client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe.
Develop and strengthen relationships with appropriate customers and other matrix partners.
To facilitate the development and provision of education and educational materials across specified accounts, as determined by the client and Inizio Engage.
Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to: daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports.
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
Attend local and other meetings, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team.
Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
Comply with all Inizio Engage Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.
Be contactable during working hours to answer queries.

What do you need for this position?
Registered Nurse (BSN required), Registered Dietitian (Bachelor's in Nutrition required), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant with 3+ years of post-education clinical experience

Demonstrate effective and professional communication
Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the office staff
The jobholder may be required to do up to 20% overnight travel. Occasional weekends may be required.
