This role is typically filled by a top creator or experienced TikTok operator with deep platform expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 coaching and feedback to VIP creators on content quality, hooks, editing, and GMV-driving tactics.
Host weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions (live calls, AMAs, workshops) covering performance trends, platform updates, and content strategy.
Audit creator content monthly to identify patterns, opportunities, and improvement paths.
Share actionable insights on TikTok trends, creator archetypes, and GMV optimization.
Support new VIP creators during onboarding, ensuring they understand expectations, best practices, and shop setup.
Create short-form training resources to help creators level up quickly (video examples, templates, scripts).

Club Sailing Head Coach
Compensation: $17,500
Reports to: Chelsey Wright, Associate Director of Competitive Sports
General Serve as a key member of the Club Sailing program, within the Department of Recreation.
This is a part-time 8-month position from September 1-May 15 and is renewable.
Assist with all aspects of the Club Sailing program, which include but are not limited to the following:
General Responsibilities
Attend and run all practices (based on scheduling needs)
Estimated timeframe based on official schedule:
Beginning of September - Beginning of November
Beginning of March - Beginning of May
Develop practice plans
Handle attendance at practice in collaboration with the club officers
Run pre-practice chalk talk and post-practice debrief
Develop expectations for all athletes (can include workout plans outside of practice, mental/physical preparations)
Decide what athlete will attend specific level regattas
Assign athletes to specific fleets and pairings
Attend/Coach A and B level regattas (can alternate based on need/competitiveness. Assess needs with club officers for an agreed upon schedule)
Debrief regattas on what went well and what needs improvement
Assess status of boats and keep up with necessary boat maintenance
Report needs to officers and Associate Director for any required purchases
Assist in recruiting students to Fairfield University and the Club Sailing Program
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Level 1 US Sailing Coaching Certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective planning and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Collegiate Sailing Experience Basic maintenance knowledge of boats, docks, sails, ropes, equipment etc.
