When you get in an office with an IR (Investment Rep) like John Bouvyyou stay busy and you meet lots of customers and you learn what you read from the modules. Which I am an on the Job Learner than out of the Book Learner. Also, when you are in an established office you have the opportunity to become a Senior Branch Officer then you get to receive Bonuses and it's based on what the IR makes so it can be quite nice. I left before I got to be a Senior BOA. I had a baby. :)
I started out in a very boring office, since the IR (Investment Rep) was just starting out. However, David was great to work with. then like 1-2 months after he hired me he up and quit. I was in the office every day with Nothing to do ecept work on Modules. No cummmunication with anyone from Corporate in St. Louis. No walk ins. Nothing! Not what I was expecting. I like to stay busy. ! No one liked him. the customers didn't like him. We didn't get along. He asked me to do things that was not right and I wouldn't do them. Finally he was lt go. I was able to go to a different Office with a fabulous IR. We were an Awesome Team!
