As a PASCAL Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of PASCAL clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training.
**How you'll make an impact:**
+ Develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training.
+ This is a subject matter expert Clinical Education Manager for Commercial Sales Training TMTT Team
+ Own execution of Clinical and/or Imaging Specialist training, including sign-off on for clinical certification
+ Create and contribute to training efforts, including content development, for further development of the new hire field training program
+ Measure effectiveness of programs through post-meeting survey instruments, field feedback and KOL review, develop plan to address concerns, and lead the implementation of solutions
+ Provide SME support for cases
+ Collaborate with management team to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and in compliance with the sales training strategy
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ A bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
+ Related sales training/clinical education experience in Medical Device industry experience

+ A master's degree in related field and a minimum of six (6) years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

The Principal Compliance Specialist, Product Stewardship will ensure Edwards devices meet the material compliance requirements of global human health and environmental regulations. This role is an integral part of Edwards Product Stewardship Group, with a growing focus on sustainability and environmental initiatives. The Principal Compliance Specialist, Product Stewardship will serve as a subject matter expert across global regulation requirements, facilitate company-wide data analysis for critical program requirements, expand Edwards global regulatory intelligence for material compliance, and lead in a cross-functional role applicable to both commercial and new product development.
This will include working with key business stakeholders internally in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Research and Development, Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain, as well as interacting with suppliers, working with trade organizations, detailed chemical analysis, and leadership in complex projects. The role will combine intricate data analysis, scientific critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication to continue to expand Edwards vision as a global leader in Product Stewardship.

The Oncology Sales Specialist (OSS) is a Field Based role reporting to a District Manager. As the OSS you will:
Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Oncology specialty sales experience AND/OR Major Hospital Account Sales Experience
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
A minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in pharmaceutical or biologic/biotech with documented success in delivering sales results and achieving targets OR relevant clinical experience
Experience in hospital and large account sales, understand complex reimbursement and managed care dynamics with a documented history of successful sales performance in a competitive environment
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to identify key decision makers
