Competence in electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers. Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Carpentry skills for tasks like repairing doors, cabinets, and flooring. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with appliance repair and maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes EPA certification preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents and coworkers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Dependability and reliability in responding to maintenance requests and emergencies.
