Pros of working at EF Education First

The young people who work for EF are the breath, and backbone of the organization. The upper management wrings the life out of these individuals through over-working, little-pay, and oppressive "you can't sit with us!" work-culture norms until they quit. The only thing I liked about working at EF were these young people who were my friends, at least for as long as any of us could bear to stay working at EF.

Cons of working at EF Education First

No professional development opportunities, little pay, spineless management, elitism, unrealistic performance expectations, group-contingency bonus structure (everyone hits the quota or no one gets their bonus).
