Responsibilities: Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, and Multipoint Inspections per Ford Motor Company instructions Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly, top off fluids, and inspect fluid conditions Identify components that need to be replaced or maintained Perform BG Services, Fluid Exchanges, Alignments, and Safety Recalls Drive the vehicle for testing purposes Mount and Balance Tires Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repairing vehicles Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown or damage Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks Career Path - Where does it go from here?
