Christopher L. Mapes, serves as chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc., a Cleveland-based manufacturer of quality welding, cutting and joining products. He is responsible for all of Lincoln Electric's businesses as well as its global product development initiatives. Mapes was elected to the board of directors of The Timken Company in February 2014. He brings to the board his expertise as the leader of a 118-year-old company with a global workforce of more than 10,000 people and 45 manufacturing locations in 19 countries. Lincoln Electric (NASDAQ: LECO) generates annual revenue of $3 billion. Additionally, he brings more than 25 years of progressive executive experience with global industrial manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, he served as executive vice president for the A.O. Smith Corporation (NYSE: OAS) and president of its electrical products unit. A.O. Smith is a $2 billion global manufacturer of water heaters and related products and services. After starting his career with General Motors Corporation in Toledo, Ohio, he went on to hold management positions at Essex Group, Superior Telecom and Regal-Beloit Corporation. Mapes serves as a member of the Timken board’s Audit and Compensation Committees.

Leib Oehmig is Chief Executive Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. and leads the company’s worldwide operations. As the company continues to grow throughout the world, Oehmig provides leadership to ensure a culture of integrity and innovation while maintaining the high standards of quality and service for which Glen Raven is known. Since joining Glen Raven in 1989, Oehmig has held increasingly responsible positions including leading the construction and management of Glen Raven’s technologically advanced 1-million-square-foot Sunbrella® fabrics manufacturing center. Oehmig served as President of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. in 2013. He was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2017. His community and industry service involvement has included the United Way, Anderson University, Tri County Technical College, Institute of Textile Technology, United States Industrial Fabrics Institute and the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Oehmig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business and an MBA degree from Clemson University.
