You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. A CNC operator must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metals and their properties is essential. Responsibilities Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures Determine the appropriate tooling and forming methods based on drawing requirements Set up machines in according to specifications Misc manufacturing processes. Package, Countersink, Time Save, deburr, Daily machine P.M. Align components using calipers, rulers, clamp pieces, etc. Assemble fabricated components Repair machinery and other components as needed CAD design (Solidworks) as needed Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Requirements Proven working experience as CNC Laser Operator, CNC Brak Operator, & CAD (Solidworks) - 5 years Experience using a variety CNC fabrication equipment. Setup and calculation of bend deduction and part adjustments for material compensation. Experience adjusting CNC Laser/Brakes. Nest and sheet utilization Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Use measuring equipment. (Calipers & Tape measures) Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing Deftness and attention to detail Stand for long periods of time 6 - 8 hours a day Lift-up to 50-80 lbs. Able to obtain a forklift certification Team Player and ability to work overtime when required.

As an CAD Designer, Your main responsibility is to take 2D design concepts into 3D CAD files. Assist product development in the commercialization of products through changes and tech packs. Job Description THIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR ARCHITECTURAL OR CIVIL ENGINEERING DRAFTERS We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer/Drafter with Solidworks experience and experience with other design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup, etc.) to create technical drawings based on the designs provided by engineers. Candidate must be able to translate designs and specifications delivered by mechanical engineers into a wide variety of technical documents for engineering, manufacturing, assembly/production, operations and marketing. Accurate creation, documentation and implementation of information into MRP/ERP systems is essential to allow for lower cycle times through production and minimize waste. • Perform 3D CAD Engineering using Solidworks and other computer programs to create technical drawings based on the designs provided by engineers, including dimensioning, tolerancing, standard drawing layouts for manufacturing and assembly. Produce and verify documentation within and according to ANSI standards • Interact with cross functional teams to ensure documentation meets the requirements of each department. For this U. S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,000-$120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Proven problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting simple to complex Industrial Automation systems, sometimes at customer sites. Applied knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Industrial networks of communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet, IP/MSTP, SNMP configuration, VPN, remote connectivity, etc). 3+ years' proven experience in development HMI [Human Machine Interface] graphics, code for industrial automation systems. Strong Communication sills to initiate, manage, and communicate status and feedback to all customer stakeholders in customer projects. Proven experience with presenting simple to complex technical industrial automation topics to customers and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Previous expertise in either Schneider EcoStruxure Machine Expert, Carel C. Suite, Automated Logic ALC, Johnson Control's, or Emerson's Control system. Experience in installation of panel terminations based on submittals, suggesting system improvements, modifications, etc. Experience in 3rd party commissioning agents in the commissioning process and lead communication of deficiencies to the project team.
