Not much. They are all for themselves and do not take into consideration the workers who actually do the jobs

More servant leadership. Base changes on what the workers need, not what management thinks they need.

Its fine. Sometimes they push too much DEI onto the workers not taking into consideration some with strong religious beliefs.
