Mr. Onsi has served as our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary since our inception in 2011. Mr. Onsi has been at HealthCare Ventures since 2007, including serving as a managing director since 2009 and the chief executive officer of Tensha Therapeutics, Inc. which was sold to Roche Holdings, Inc. in 2016. Prior to joining HealthCare Ventures, Mr. Onsi was at Genzyme Corporation, or Genzyme, where he served in roles as Vice President, Campath Product Operations and Portfolio Management, Oncology from 2005 to 2007 and as Vice President, Business Development from 2004 to 2005. Prior to Genzyme, he was Chief Financial Officer of Tolerx, Inc., a venture capital funded biotechnology company, from 2001 to 2004. Before joining Tolerx, Inc., he was in business development at LeukoSite, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company that was acquired by Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He began his career as an attorney at Bingham Dana LLP. Mr. Onsi currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Vaxxas Pty Ltd., a privately-held biotechnology company. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in biological sciences from Cornell University.

Kris A. Canekeratne, one of our co-founders, has served as chairman of our board of directors from our inception and chief executive officer from 1996 to 1997 and from 2000 to the present. As Chief Executive Officer, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. In 1997, Kris Canekeratne co-founded eDocs, Inc., a provider of electronic account management and customer care, later acquired by Oracle Corporation. In 1989, Kris Canekeratne was one of the founding team members of INSCI Corporation, a supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services and served as its senior vice president from 1992 to 1996. Canekeratne obtained his B.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Andy Gaur is Compunnel's CEO and he founded Compunnel Software Group, Inc. in 1994. With his entrepreneurial drive, value-based leadership and focused approach, Andy has evolved the successful, profitable business to continually meet changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning and staffing solutions over nearly 20 years. His extensive IT market knowledge and expertise in business growth strategy have turned Compunnel into one of the fastest growing software and consulting organizations, serving Fortune 1,000 companies and bringing in over $100 Million in annual sales. In 2013, Andy has embarked on a focused growth strategy to take Compunnel's successful technology solutions business to the next level in the IT market. Responding to customer and market demand, he will achieve this by expanding the company's service offerings in specialized areas of IT and its overall business footprint through several targeted acquisitions. Andy earned a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University.

Mr. Arun Verma currently serves as the President, Founder and CEO of DATA Inc., a privately owned organization headquartered in the United States, with offices and presences globally. Mr. Verma was educated at Mayo College, Ajmer (www.mayocollege.com). He received his School Certificate award from the University of Cambridge (UK). Upon graduation, Mr. Verma was selected to join the prestigious National Defense Academy (www.nda.nic.in), where he was enrolled in a 3 year study in academics and military training,. Per curriculum, he received another year of training at the renowned Indian Military Academy, and thereafter was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1965 (indianarmy.nic.in). This qualified him for a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Later, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his 12 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, Mr. Verma commanded units in active formations on the borders in Nagaland, Assam and Kashmir. In 1971, his unit was engaged in active battle as part of the Strike Corps' successful assault into West Pakistan. In 1977, Mr. Verma, having already attained the rank of Major, elected to retire prematurely from the Indian Army so that he could emigrate to the United States and apply the lessons he learned in the military (including during battle) to the growing computer technology industry. Upon arriving in the U.S., Mr. Verma enrolled at New York University, where he acquired more knowledge in higher technology. Thereafter, for many years, he was responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing several mainframe applications in consulting assignments at a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1983, Mr. Verma founded DATA Inc., where he has served as its President, and has been devoted to its growth, ever since.

Ashwin, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Revature, was key for the inception and execution of Revature's business model including design and development of Training, RevaturePro, curriculum and core operations.As CEO, Ashwin is responsible for running daily facets of the company, creating the strategic vision and ensuring that initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture. With extensive experience in domestic and international markets, Ashwin leads the development and implementation of products and services for our clients.Previously, Ashwin held management positions with Satyam Computers. He has a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics and Communications, from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology.

Technology executive with more than 15 years of experience at mid to large size organizations in corporate development, product development, business operations and strategy. Currently CEO at Keste, a Platinum member of the Oracle® PartnerNetwork. Prior to Keste, was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where primary responsibility included building a shared services platform for North America. Appointed to lead efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the communications division. Founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. ALTURA was acquired by Century Business Services, Inc. in 1998. Prior to his career as an entrepreneur and executive, Moore worked as a software developer and consultant for a variety of companies including: Texas Instruments, General Dynamics and Rockwell.
