    Toastique - Stone Harbor - will begin in April 2026 when we reopen for the season. BOH members are incredibly important part of the Toastique team. They are responsible for prepping, dishwashing, juicing and assisting wherever else in the store when needed. The biggest responsibility they have is ensuring juices are properly made, making sure all prepared items are ready for each shift, and making sure we the store is always clean which includes, but not limited to, utensils, equipment, bathrooms, FOH and BOH. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepping and juicing according to the juice prep list every day while following food safety · Washing dishes and putting everything back where they belong once cleaned · Putting away deliveries using FIFO (First-IN, First-OUT) · Staying organized and prioritizing tasks with time management · Communicating with managers or shift leads when inventory is running low · Frequently checking trash levels and taking it out when it gets full · Help with station preps when needed · Checking FOH frequently for cleanliness, restocking utensils, refilling water, assisting on stations · Checking restrooms frequently · Cleaning up after accidents made by customers · Knowing when to ask for help if tasks build up REQUIREMENTS · Energetic and positive attitude · Hard working · Team player
