Vineet is the CEO and co-founder of Egnyte. Prior to Egnyte, Vineet founded and successfully built Valdero, a supply chain software solution provider, funded by KPCB, MDV and Trinity Ventures. He has held a rich variety of senior operational positions at KPMG and Bechtel. He has 20 years of experience in building capital-efficient and nimble organizations. Vineet earned a BS in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.

As CTO of Egnyte, Amrit is responsible for the overall technical direction of the company. He has extensive experience in building large-scale, highly available systems all over the world. In the past, he has deployed such systems at Cisco, Fujistu and Sun Microsystems.

First and foremost I am a practitioner of security. Having helped design and deploy large-scale infrastructure for more than 20 years now, I am a true believer in the value of making security a core part of development.

My journey started 25 years ago when I finished my B.Tech in Engineering from the India Institute of Technology (Banaras) and moved to the United States. I came over to the states to earn my M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. From there I went on to start my professional career at KPMG, where I met fellow Egnyte co-founders Rajesh Ram and Vineet Jain.

Before starting Egnyte we founded Valdero, a supply chain software company, which had a successful exit in 2005. Now, in our 11th year at Egnyte, over 15,000 businesses are using our content platform to accelerate their business.

I am passionate about helping companies, big and small, optimize their infrastructure with a DevSecOps strategy. My thought leadership platform, The Governance Guru, is committed to changing the narrative around security from being an afterthought to being a core part of development. I am also using my experience to help advise young startups in and around Silicon Valley.

In my spare time I enjoy reading (always learning something new), watching movies (comedy, documentaries, international films), and fancy a nice glass of scotch (recommendations are welcome). Rajesh Ram is Chief Experience Officer and Co-Founder of Egnyte. Rajesh works with Egnyte's customers and internal teams to ensure that the comprehensive voice of the customer is reflected in the company’s corporate strategy and execution. Previously, Rajesh held executive roles within Egnyte's Product Management and Engineering functions. His strength in defining, delivering and supporting software solutions was developed while at Oracle, KPMG consulting and Valdero Corporation. Rajesh holds a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras and received an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Egnyte, David Spitz is responsible for the strategy and execution of scaled programs that improve the customer experience, enable buyers and sellers, and promote and deliver upon Egnyte's brand promise. Most recently, David served as CMO of mParticle, a leading SaaS-based solution for structured data governance, compliance, and integration. He previously led digital strategy and business development for WPP, the world's largest marketing and communications services holding company, and worked as a management consultant in Deloitte’s marketing technology group. David holds an AB degree from Princeton and received master's degrees from Columbia Business School and MIT.

Dean Chabrier, our Chief People Officer, comes to us as an alumni from Extreme Networks, Jive Software, Yahoo, Clarify, Sun Microsystems and Intel, companies that cover a wide spectrum of the tech industry. She held CPO roles at Extreme, Jive and Clarify. Dean brings deep experience building high performing teams and organizations, and has equally deep passion for creating world class employee experiences.

Julie is a Senior Executive with 20+ years Go To Market experience scaling Renewals, Support and Customer Success organizations focused on Enterprise & SaaS cloud offerings. Julie builds high performing teams with the goal of great outcomes for employees and customers. Successful exits include Thoma Bravo's purchase of Imperva for $2.1B in 2019, New Relic's 2014 IPO and Yammer's $1.2B acquisition by Microsoft in 2012.

Julie leads organizations to attain major revenue targets including $2B in cloud revenue at Microsoft & $1.5B in renewal revenue during her 10 year leadership tenure at TIBCO. Prior to joining Egnyte as Chief Customer Officer, Julie held key roles at notable tech companies including Ariba and Oracle. Julie is also an advisor at UCLA's Westwood Ventures and previously advised the Growth team at WalkMe.

An avid athlete, Julie has completed multiple triathlons and qualified twice for the Boston Marathon. To share her love of skiing, Julie taught at Squaw Valley on the weekends and skis for fun with her family.
