This social work position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and requires extensive traveling as you drive to families' homes.
As an EHS Parent Involvement Coordinator, you offer vital support to families in our community by providing them with resources and strategies to find healing and success. You are a compassionate person who has a heart for working with children and families who are striving to overcome generational trauma cycles. In this role, you travel to clients' homes and build relationships with them to help develop their skills, communication, and self-sufficiency.
You take note of each family's strengths and needs, and you use those assessments to help shape their plans and goals. Patiently, you help the families find community services and resources where they can find support and build relationships with others.
