QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

If hospice care is appropriate actively provides emotional support, grief work, education and funeral/financial planning referral. Facilitates hospice or nursing home placement as needed. Advocates with these entities for purposes of maintaining community stability.
Assists participants and caregivers to complete Medical Durable Power Of Attorney (MDPOA) Proxy, and Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) directives as needed.

Manage and maintain the enterprise monitoring environment using Zabbix, ensuring visibility into device health, uptime, and connectivity across the organization
Configure and optimize Zabbix agents, proxies, and rules to monitor up/down status, port activity, and overall system performance
Develop and refine monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to detect and resolve outages before they escalate into major incidents
Integrate Zabbix monitoring with other enterprise systems and tools, such as Jira, for automated issue tracking and escalation workflows
Utilize APIs and community strings to ensure accurate device registration and alignment within the monitoring system
Troubleshoot connectivity and health issues across lab devices, servers, and PDUs to maintain a stable and resilient environment
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining monitoring methodologies, automating repetitive tasks, and documenting best practices
Desired Skills/Experience:
10+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering or NOC Operations role
