Schneider has more than 20 years of experience leading consumer technology companies. Since January 2018, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Wag!, the country's largest on-demand mobile dog walking and dog care service. Prior to this role, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeLock, the leader in identity theft protection, through its public listing and acquisition by Symantec. Previously, Schneider served in a series of executive positions at Yahoo! from 2006 to 2010 and in several senior leadership roles at Knight Ridder from 2002 to 2005. She has a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lathi is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was elected to the Tailored Brands Board of Directors in March 2016, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in March 2017 and served as Executive Chairman from October 1, 2018 through March 27, 2019. Mr. Lathi is also a member of the Board of Directors of Five Below, Inc. and was the Chief Executive Officer of One Kings Lane, Inc. from April 2014 until June 2016. Previously, Mr. Lathi spent seven years in various senior executive roles at eBay, Inc. and eight years in investment banking and private equity. Mr. Lathi earned his BS Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bentley is a passionate, driven entrepreneur, who helps small consumer businesses become big - often very quickly. While he is technically a certified accountant (CMA), he does not mention this at parties. Devoted to a lifetime of learning, he is continually humbled by how little he actually knew the previous year. Originally from just north of Boston, he now lives in Marin, California and spends as much time as possible outdoors (skiing, trail running, cycling, camping, stand up paddle boarding), eating tasty food and laughing with his wife, close friends and two young sons.

Fidji Simo is the Chief Executive Officer at Instacart. Simo joined the Board of Directors in January of 2021. Simo was previously the Head of Facebook App, where she led the development and strategy for the Facebook App, including News Feed, Stories, Groups, Video, Marketplace, Gaming, News, Dating, Ads and more. She joined Facebook in 2011, and had been a core driver of Facebook's mobile monetization strategy and led the team in charge of developing ad formats for mobile. She also made video a critical part of the Facebook experience, from rolling out videos that autoplay in News Feed, to building and launching Facebook Live and Watch. In her most recent role, she led all Video, Games, and Monetization efforts across the Facebook App. Prior to Facebook, Simo joined eBay in 2007, as part of the Strategy team. In addition to serving as a member of Instacart's Board of Directors, Simo co-founded Women in Product, a non-profit to help women reach leadership positions in product management.
