Mr. Schall, Director, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He previously served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Company from 2005 to 2010, during which years he was responsible for the strategic planning and management of the Company’s property operations, redevelopment and co-investment programs. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Schall was the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the organization’s financial and administrative matters. He joined The Marcus & Millichap Company in 1986. From 1979 to 1982, Mr. Schall was employed in the audit department of Ernst & Young (then known as Ernst & Whinney), where he specialized in the real estate and financial services industries. Mr. Schall received a B.S. from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Schall currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, Inc. Mr. Schall is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is a member of NAREIT, the National Multi Housing Council, the AICPA, and the Board of Governors of NAREIT.

Jason is the Founder of Lenox Park Solutions and oversees all aspects of the firm. Before founding Lenox Park, Jason was a Director in Merrill Lynch’s Fixed Income Structured Credit group in New York. In that role, Jason was instrumental to Asset Management due diligence for a highly selective Investor base. He began his career in Investment Banking working on M&A transactions for Financial Institutions, then helped launch a start-up group in London focused on deepening Merrill Lynch’s most lucrative institutional client relationships. Jason graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Economics. At the University of Texas, he was a member of the prestigious organization, The Texas Cowboys.

Joseph Lubeck, J.D. | Executive Chairman Joseph serves as Executive Chairman of ELRH Investments, Electra America and American Landmark, diversified investment vehicles with assets throughout the sunbelt. He recently served as executive chairman of Landmark Apartment Trust of America, Inc. He is the founder of Landmark Residential and has successfully completed $8 Billion of value-added multifamily transactions in the Southeast in the last 20 years. An expert in value added and distressed real estate repositioning, Joe has 25 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, operations and disposition. On behalf of ELCO Holdings, ELRH 's largest investor, Joe is very familiar with the publicly traded world and reported quarterly to analysts covering ELCO and made numerous presentations before the members of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In his capacity as CEO, Joe was responsible for annual GAAP and IFRS audit presentation as well as standard institutional reporting.An honors graduate of Cornell University, he holds a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School. He is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including AIPAC, Hillel, and The Cornell University Tower Club. Joe also serves as presidential Advisor of Temple Beth David in addition to civic and corporate Board assignments. An avid motorsports aficionado, Joe has competition licenses in several racing classes.
