Varun Kacholia is one of the world’s leaders when it comes to search, ranking and machine-learning. Prior to founding Eightfold, Varun led the News Feed team at Facebook and the YouTube Search and Recommendations team at Google.

Ligia Zamora is a seasoned enterprise high-tech marketing and product leader, whose background includes Human Capital Management, CRM, and Enterprise Content Management. Over the past 20+ years in Silicon Valley, Ligia has held leadership roles and scaled functions at several high-growth software companies, notably PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Coremetrics, and Veeva Systems. She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.

Poon brings broad finance leadership experience to Eightfold.ai, having served as Chief Financial Officer at both Wag Labs, Inc. and Highfive. Prior to her roles as CFO, Poon served as VP of Finance at Twitter for four years, as well as VP of Corporate Finance at Zynga and VP of Corporate Finance and Treasury at Yahoo. Poon graduated with an economics degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a master of business administration degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Silicon valley sales veteran Jeff Griggs has spent his career building highly scalable revenue focused teams. Most recently Griggs served as Chief Revenue Officer for Nextech and has over twenty years of high growth experience with Salesforce, Oracle and Apttus. He has a successful track record of scaling and operationalizing SaaS businesses. He received his MBA from Northwestern University and undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.

Sachit has spent his product career at mission-driven companies like Uber and LinkedIn that transformed industries and the lives of consumers across the world. He has a successful track record of leading teams that have created high-scale consumer and enterprise products in addition to having been a founder of a venture-backed startup. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a MS in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai.

Vineet brings 20+ years of experience building mission-critical enterprise products. Prior to Eightfold AI, Vineet was the Chief Product & Development Officer at Cohesity where he helped drive hyper-scale growth across multiple products.
