This position is responsible for grinding the metal surface to the required specifications. Requirements: Essential Responsibilities/Duties: Receives instruction, prints, and work orders. This position requires long periods of standing. Manage PRR to update the latest status and minimize over 30 days PRR "Hold" status to expedite Part return lead time. Submit ETSI with required information getting cooperation with KAC support members Key Job Responsibilities 1. Parts recall management: Expedite recall lead time having close communication with each DBs keypersons. Damaged Parts is one of the key activity to reduce lead time of Juhin closure, decide countermeasure/product quality improvement by plant QA. * Receive parts recall from OEM and process then for release to responsible dealers. * Follow up progress of recalls working with dealers as well as expedite them. * Involving implementation of new recall system led by KLTD for evaluation, and support it for launch the system for the NA operation for improving of parts recall activities. 2. Submit ETSI : Gathering machine failure information and submit it in timely manner is a trigger to bring field countermeasure. PSN is official Document to DBs to inform product quality related activity such as factory campaign. * Receive PSN's that are released from the factory containing information including instructions and details regarding a repair, installation or design change. * Keeps track of PSN status * Fill in the required PSN forms * Assesses how many parts are needed based on PSN * Reviews and corrects PSN content (both technical and grammatical) and issues 4. Warranty monthly report: * Pull out SAP claim data and prepare warranty monthly report to share with KLTD Plant QA 5. Support Factory Campaign release and machine transfer: * Prepare FC's by reviewing and releasing as the 2nd PIC when responsible manager is absent. This role will orchestrate the re-platforming of Komatsu websites built on various content management systems to the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Key Job Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be analyzing website functionality and gathering requirements from regional business teams. You will be required to translate functional specifications to re-build websites, serving as the lead liaison between regional stakeholders and web development teams. You will be working in close collaboration with the digital marketing teams in a dozen regions, IT teams and vendors to develop and execute website migrations. A foundational knowledge of business objectives, our digital channels and Adobe AEM capabilities will be critical for facilitating the website re-build process and delivering a consistent online experience for customers in all markets. * Manage and drive the migration of Komatsu websites onto Adobe AEM CMS and DAM * Host discovery sessions and interviews with regional teams to understand the scope of their website functionality and document and detail all build requirements in ADO * Analyze existing website functionality, user experience (UX), and technical architecture to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Review wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure the proposed solutions meet business needs. * Map and document current and future state business processes, data flows, and system integrations relevant to the website. * Maintain and manage a prioritized requirements backlog, ensuring traceability and transparent list of tickets to accomplish business goals * Organize backlog grooming meetings with development teams to ensure all development tickets are requirements and acceptance criteria are fully understood by technical development teams * Write UAT plans and QA completed development work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and aligns with business needs * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including developing UAT plans, coordinating testers, and managing defect resolution. * Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and business implications to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate consensus among conflicting priorities and requirements. * Develop a detailed website migration project plan, timeline and change management * Serve as subject matter expert for leveraging Adobe AEM CMS and DAM * Drive alignment on information and content architecture across websites, as well as the adoption of a common taxonomy and meta tag schema * Guide integrations between Komatsu source systems needed to deliver the online experience * Prepare and host regular reports outs covering strategy, roadmap, progress and performance against KPIs * Capable of working flexible hours to host meetings which accommodate European and Asia working hours Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of website management experience in a B2B and B2C marketing department preferably in a corporate environment * Minimum of 2 years with hands on experience using content management systems and digital asset management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) * Experience implementing on-site personalization based on a user's profile settings * Experience implementing A/B testing * Experience with website analytics and reporting * Experience with building lead generation processes, from lead capture all the way to qualification and opportunity management * Experience working with international marketing teams * Familiar with UX best practices, landing page creation, responsive design and mobile first layouts * Familiar with usability testing practices and methodologies * Familiar with HTML/CSS * Excellent project management and communication skills Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.
