He may inspect manholes to locate stoppage, remove roots, debris, and other refuse from clogged sewer lines and drains using portable sewer cleaning machine (electric or gasoline engine driven). Fit front end of auger, using wrench, and lower guide into position in the sewer. Individual will be responsible for periodic maintenance on equipment and operate vacuum vactor truck on a regular basis. Cleans and replaces manhole covers. Notifies supervisor of damaged sections of sewer pipe. Services, adjusts, and makes; minor repairs to equipment, machines, and attachments. Reports to supervisor on areas worked and status of job or project as directed. This position is on a mandatory rotating on call list. Individual will perform other duties assigned by supervisor/department head as needed.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Conduct full and individual evaluations (FIE) of students using the most research-based, best practice model(s) through such things as individualized testing, play-based assessment, team assessment, classroom observations, conferences with teachers & parents, and other evaluation instruments and methods necessary for a thorough evaluation of the 13 eligibility categories.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and peers, related services providers, medical practitioners, and teachers to plan and align evaluation and ARD timeline/ due dates for compliance.
* Assist in appropriate planning and preparation of educational plans, including individualized recommendations for instructional techniques and strategies for students, by reporting and interpreting the FIE results, eligibility and educational implications/recommendations to the teacher(s), administrator, adult student and/or parents in advance of the ARD meeting.
* Serve as a required member of the Admissions, Review and Dismissal committee meetings for all REED, initial, reevaluation, and 30 day transfer ARDs.
* Collect and compile data obtained through the initial referral assessment process for students who are Limited English Proficient (LEP) for assessment team eligibility discussion and determination in advance of the FIE and ARD due dates.
* Monitor and ensure the progress report period updating of student IEP's (Individual Education Plan).
* Write a Full and Individual Evaluation which follows the legal framework, TEA guidelines & board policy for evaluation and eligibility determination.
* Provide inservice training for teachers and school personnel to include: confidentiality of records/ confidential student information, ARD process & procedures, documentation & timeline compliance, the ARD Decision Making Process for state assessment determinations (STAAR, TAKS, EOC, TELPAS, LAS, etc.).
* Maintain accurate and updated audit folders in order to comply with the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook requirements for auditable records. ARD/ FIE audit documents and PEIMS data entry forms must be completed and submitted to the special education office within 10 days of the ARD meeting date.
* Attend scheduled staff and in service meetings.
* Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the director of special education.

The Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, providing accurate automotive repair estimates in a DRP environment and asking for the sale. In addition, the appraiser must handle communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet customers promptly and in a timely manner to accurately determine customer's needs while ensuring a high degree of customer service.
* Inspects, analyzes, and evaluates damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate of repair.
* Informs customers about CARSTAR's repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair.
* Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for an estimate to achieve a closing ratio of 75% (minimum) for all assigned work.
* Responsible for achieving 81% (minimum) CSI/NPS (customer service, kept informed, quality of service and on-time delivery).
* Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, fleet accounts and other customers.
* Keeps insurance adjusters, production staff and customers informed regarding the status of the vehicle repair. Write supplements and negotiates with insurer.
* Responsible for keeping all assigned Repair Order (RO) current and accurate throughout the repair process.
* Inspects all completed repairs before delivering customer vehicles, explains CARSTAR's warranty and Quality Control process with all customers.
* Attend daily release meetings.
* Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* High School diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser.
* Prior damage analysis experience - hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and vandalism damage.
* Experience with collision management systems (ABSe, Mitchell Repair Center).
* Fluent using ADP, Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* I-CAR training or other industry training preferred.
* History of working independently without close supervision.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
