Job Description Job Overview: The Safety Coordinator is the primary safety supervisor for our jobs in the Dallas region. Along with the project management team, the Safety Coordinator is responsible for the planning, direction, training, communication, and execution of safety efforts at the projects for Electra Link, and for the oversight of subcontractors as contractually required. Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate with supervision on project safety implementation at all levels of the Jobsite. Job Overview: The AV Technician is responsible for the installation of commercial and professional audio visual equipment. This position requires working closely with project managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and clients to complete projects on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. Responsibilities and Duties: Performs work consistently demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge and being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.Responsible for adhering to the company's and client's safety guidelines Coordinates with the project manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with budget Serves are the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns Qualifications: Be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision. Minimum of 10+ years of AV installation experience with 5 years Lead Technician experience. Ability to problem solve and commission systems. Ability to read and implement construction and signal flow drawings. High standards of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering, and crimping. Ability to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise. Network cabling is a plus. CTS certifications are a plus. Familiar with Extron, Crestron, AMX, and Audio DSP Systems, manufacturer's certifications are a plus. MUST be comfortable working from a lift/ladders. Job Responsibilities: Pulling, test, and terminate various types of cabling Follow directions from team lead Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks) Comfortable working from 6ft/8ft/10ft ladders, scissor/boom lifts Working in commercial new construction Hand tool proficient (drills, screw drivers, snips, levels) Requirements: Flexible with availability and with working OT Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn Must be reliable and punctual with good communication skills Ability to lift/move 50lbs or more and be mobile Must be able to pass a criminal history check and drug test Strong mechanical aptitude is preferred with the ability to work unsupervised Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual is a plus!
