+ Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production lines (i.e. rebuilds, welding, valve, pipe and solenoid selection, etc.).
+ Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
+ Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the execution of the work schedule. Ensures the area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
+ Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor.
+ Perform quality checks and accurate quality documentation as required.
+ Actively assist with planning/scheduling and storeroom staff for tracking work orders, parts, and purchase requisitions.
+ Identify and assist in the implementation of projects as required.
**Education and Additional Requirements**
+ Technical School or position related training
+ Minimum 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
+ Minimum 5 years equipment reliability experience

+ Own & supply own tools per the Maintenance required tool list

System Commissioning & Maintenance (10%) Commission electrical systems, including power plants and EV systems, according to code and specification. Perform preventive maintenance and reliability checks on electrical installations.
Documentation (20%) Maintain accurate records of electrical redlines, conduit runs, component installations, materials used, daily logs, and final connections. Document and report deficiencies or changes promptly.

We are looking for motivated candidates who can grow with this department. The selected applicant will conduct commissioning, retro-commissioning, engineering feasibility analysis, electrical studies, field arc flash data gathering, and field data collection assistance services on a variety of building types. Experience performing electrical systems testing, and existing electrical system data collection is a requirement for applying to this position.
This position will require you to perform field inspections of government, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional properties. You will collect relevant information to help perform existing condition assessments, electrical one line documentation, arc flash studies, and to provide recommendations for critical power upgrades. The ideal candidate will be adaptive to working with all property types, and knowledgeable about a variety of electrical distribution systems. The successful candidate may also be expected help perform commissioning activities, construction verification, and field functional testing. Depending on project capacity, this candidate may also be expected to assist in limited mechanical design field verification.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma is required.
Two years of experience as a Class A instrument or electrical technician in a manufacturing environment.
Also preferred - two year craft degree and electrical license.
Includes working outdoors in inclement weather (sometimes for an extended period).
Requires climbing stairs.
This job may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
Other Information:
This position is located in Marietta, OH. Relocation assistance is not authorized for this position.
Grade and salary level offered to the successful candidate will be appropriate to the job duties and commensurate with the candidate's experience.
The work schedule for this position is day shift (8 hour days). Call ins on nights and weekends is part of the position. The successful candidate is expected to work overtime, normally less than 15%.
Relocation is not available with this position.
