The working Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of Sub- Foreman and tradesmen staff and schedule assignments. Along with duties inherent in the supervision of employees, the working Foreman may work directly with the public and is expected to facilitate a professional relationship. Work is performed in accordance with standard trade practices. **Required Tasks** * Coordinate, schedule, train and assign work to electricians. * Supervise Electrician staff. * Work independently with little supervision & perform other duties as assigned * Conduct health and safety inspections. * Directs, participates and supervises Electricians as well as coordinates the work of journeyman electricians and Apprentices. * Assists and participates in the design, installation and repair of electrical wiring systems, electrical motors, generator, armatures and other electrical equipment. * Assists and monitors maintenance, repair, installs, ruining of taxing lighting systems.
