Communicate clearly with team members and, when needed, assist with explaining system performance or service needs to homeowners. Attend ongoing training sessions, both in-house and offsite, to support development and certification. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Enrollment in or recent graduation from a certified HVAC training program preferred. EPA 608 certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle seasonal temperature extremes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
