Responsible for coordinating and running a successful branch.
Responsible for project kick off meeting and forecasting cash flow & manpower needs for projects.
Responsible for P&L, meeting & exceeding revenue goals, creating budgets and winning new business.
Responsible for Hiring, Firing, & Evaluating employees.
Responsible for training and developing a cohesive team.
Work with the Project Managers to develop a budget and cost codes for the project and assign costs and manpower to the foreman level tracking.
Pursue Business with current and prospective clients/customers.
Build & Maintain relationships with customers and contractors throughout the Greater Raleigh Market.
Meet with potential customers to present proposals.
Understand bid procedures and bid forms.
Acquire all required permits and licenses for projects and ensure all inspections are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
Overall financial management of the projects along with profitability and budget.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager overseeing large multi-family experience.

Must have knowledge of vendor and procurement management for releases.

As a production associate supporting assembly you will work to assemble/test parts, components, or systems for BCP machines according to the specified work orders. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Requires an assembly, mechanical or electronic aptitude with a good working knowledge of assembly practices
+ Uses various tools provided in the work area to perform assembly duties
+ Use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs.
+ Rotation to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities.
+ Follows documented procedures standard work, routings, and blueprints to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of components and prime product.
+ Perform other related work duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

The primary duties of the Electrician are to ensure the safe and efficient installation of backup/supplemental power distribution generator equipment within the specifications of the project. Our projects require an experienced Electrician who is proficient working on three phase systems. The Electrician will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of his/her crew members along with the completion of each project in accordance with forecasted timelines.
