Your main Tasks:
* Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
* Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
* Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
* Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
* Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
* Remain customer service focused.
* Other tasks as assigned.
Experience or Certification needed:
* High mechanical aptitude.
* HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
You need to be able to:
* Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
* Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
* On call availability.
* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
* Work efficiently in confined spaces.
* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
